Tarragon Mustard

Ingredients
  • * 1 cup Dijon mustard
  • * 1-1/2 tablespoons fresh tarragon
  • * 2 cloves garlic
  • * Juice from 1 medium lime


Preparation
  1. Place mustard, tarragon, garlic and lime juice in blender container; cover. Blend well.
  2. Use as a spread on sandwiches made with leftover cooked Cook′s® Ham, if desired.
