Tarragon Mustard

- * 1 cup Dijon mustard
- * 1-1/2 tablespoons fresh tarragon
- * 2 cloves garlic
- * Juice from 1 medium lime
Preparation
- Place mustard, tarragon, garlic and lime juice in blender container; cover. Blend well.
- Use as a spread on sandwiches made with leftover cooked Cook′s® Ham, if desired.
