Marinated Ham Steaks

Ham steaks are marinated in a flavorful apple-rosemary marinade, then grilled to perfection.Prep Time: 20 minutes

Makes: 6 servings (about 4 ounces each)
Ingredients
- * 1 can (12 ounces) frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
- * Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
- * 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- * 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- * 1 cinnamon stick (3-1/2 inches), broken in half
- * 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- * 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- * 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- * 1/4 cup Oil
- * 2 Cook's® Bone-in Ham Steaks (about 1 pound each)
Preparation
- Mix juice concentrate, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, rosemary, cinnamon, cloves and pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Pour over ham steaks in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Turn bag over to evenly coat ham. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Prepare grill for medium heat.
- Remove ham steaks from marinade; discard bag and marinade. Grill ham steaks 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or until meat thermometer registers 160°F when inserted in centers of steaks. Garnish with rosemary, if desired.
