Ham Steak Pasta Salad

Makes: 10 servings (1 cup each)
Ingredients
- * 1 Cook's® Bone-in Ham Steak (about 1 pound)
- * 8 ounces dry mostaccioli, uncooked
- * 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- * 1 cup broccoli florets
- * 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
- * 1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
- * 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- * 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook ham according to package directions.
- Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Coarsely chop ham. Add to pasta along with the tomatoes, broccoli, zucchini, olives and dressing; toss lightly. Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour, or until chilled. Sprinkle with cheese just before serving.
