Ham Pate

Ingredients
  • * 1-1/2 Cups chopped leftover Cook's® Bone-in Ham
  • * 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • * 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • * 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • * 2 teaspoons dry sherry
  • * 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • * Fresh chopped parsley (optional)


Preparation
  1. Place ham in food processor or blender container; cover. Process until finely chopped, using a pulsing action.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, sherry and pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in ham.
  3. Place in crock or bowl. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve with crackers or cocktail rye bread slices.
