Ham and Egg Breakfast Bake
Ingredients
- * 1-1/2 Cups finely chopped leftover Cook's® Bone-in Ham or Ham Steak
- * 12 eggs
- * 1/2 cup milk
- * 1/2 cup sour cream
- * 1/2 teaspoon salt
- * 3/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- * 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (about 4 ounces)
- * 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- * 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Beat eggs, milk, sour cream and salt in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Add ham, bell peppers, mushrooms and onions; mix well. Pour into prepared baking dish.
- Bake 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
