Creamy Corned Beef Spread

Description
Breathe new life into leftover corned beef with this mayonnaise and sour cream-based spread.


Ingredients
  • * 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • * 1/2 cup sour cream
  • * 1-1/2 teaspoons horseradish sauce
  • * 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • * 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • * 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • * 1 cup finely chopped leftover Cook′s® Corned Beef


Preparation
  1. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and horseradish sauce in medium bowl until well blended.
  2. Stir in corned beef, onions, parsley and salt.
  3. Serve with bagel chips or crackers.
