Baked Carrots

- * 1 package (1 pound) peeled carrots, halved and quartered
- * 3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
- * 1/4 cup orange juice
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place carrots in 7-inch by 11-inch baking dish.
- Combine sugar and orange juice; evenly pour over carrots.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until carrots are tender, stirring once to coat.
