Baked Carrots

Ingredients
  • * 1 package (1 pound) peeled carrots, halved and quartered
  • * 3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
  • * 1/4 cup orange juice


Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place carrots in 7-inch by 11-inch baking dish.
  3. Combine sugar and orange juice; evenly pour over carrots.
  4. Bake for 50 minutes or until carrots are tender, stirring once to coat.
