Ingredients
CURED WITH: Water, Dextrose, Salt, Sodium Phosphates, Sodium Nitrite.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Cook’s Bone-In Whole Hams are fully cooked and may be served cold or heated as directed below.

Thawing Ham
If frozen, thaw ham in refrigerator 2 to 3 days.

Heating Ham

Oven
1. Heat oven to 325°F. Remove all packaging materials and place ham on its side, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan. Cover loosely with aluminum foil.

2. Heat approximately 15 to 20 minutes per pound until heated through.

3. Remove ham from oven and let stand, covered, 20 minutes before serving.

Glazing Ham
1. If you intend to glaze your ham, remove ham from the oven 1/2 hour before end of heating time.

2. Prepare your favorite ham glaze and apply evenly over the surface of the warm ham.

3. Heat glazed ham uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes.

Leftovers
Cook’s Ham is a great addition to any meal. Serve with eggs for breakfast, slice and add to your favorite salad, soup or sandwich. And don’t forget casseroles, stir-fry, kabobs and pasta dishes.

CARVING INSTRUCTIONS
With the shank or lower leg (narrow end) to the carver’s right, steady the ham with a fork. Cut a few slices from the thin side of the ham.

Place the ham on the side where you removed slices. Make perpendicular slices from top of ham to bone.

Loosen slices by cutting along edge of bone, and then remove with a fork.
