Cook's Bone-In Ham Portions are now fully cooked! This means it may be eaten cold or heated. The ham only needs to be heated through if serving warm, please note the NEW instructions listed below.Cook's Portioned Hams are smaller than Cook's Half Hams because the center steaks have been removed. These smaller portions are a great value for authentic, great tasting bone-in ham flavor. You have the option of purchasing either a shank or butt portion ham.

Cook’s bone-in hams are fully cooked and ready to eat, or you may heat them using the following directions.
1. Heat oven to 325°F. Remove all packaging materials (including clear “button” on bone of ham). Place ham, cut side down, on rack in shallow roasting pan; cover loosely with aluminum foil.
2. Heat approximately 20 to 25 minutes per pound until heated through.
3. Remove ham from oven and let stand, covered, 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
