Cook's Traditional Bone-In Hams are now fully cooked! This means it may be eaten cold or heated. The ham only needs to be heated through if serving warm, please note the NEW instructions listed below.A Cook's Half Ham is a premium cut because the center steaks, the leanest and best part of the ham, have not been removed. Each Cook's half ham offers more premium, lean meat, for a meal that is sure to impress, choose either a Cook's butt or shank half ham.

Cook’s Hickory Smoked Ham Halves are fully cooked and may be served cold or heated as directed below.
Heating Ham
1. Heat oven to 325°F. Remove all packaging materials (including clear “button” on bone of ham). Place ham, cut side down, on rack in shallow roasting pan; cover loosely with aluminum foil.
2. Heat approximately 20 to 25 minutes per pound until heated through.
3. Remove ham from oven and let stand, covered, 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
Glazing Ham
1. Remove ham from oven when heated through. Increase oven temperature to 400°F.
2. Uncover ham, brush or spoon glaze over ham surface. Return to oven, uncovered, and heat 10 minutes.
