Cook's Skinless Shankless Hams are now fully cooked! This means it may be eaten cold or heated. The ham only needs to be heated through if serving warm, please note the NEW instructions listed below.Removing the skin, excess fat and the shank bone, Cook's Skinless Shankless Hams are leaner and easier to cut than a traditional bone-in ham. Yet with only one bone removed, your family will still enjoy more of that traditional bone-in flavor while having the convenience and value of less bone and more lean meat.

Cook’s bone-in hams are fully cooked and ready to eat, or you may heat them using the following directions.
Heating the Ham:
1. Heat oven to 325°F.
2. Place ham, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan. Cover loosely with aluminum foil.
3. Heat approximately 15 to 20 minutes per pound until heated through.
