Ham Steak or Thick Cut Steak
Pan Fry Cooking Instructions
Remove wrapper. Apply your favorite glaze if desired. Cook steak in a preheated pan
at medium setting. Cook approximately 3 minutes each side for Ham Steaks or approximately
8 minutes each side for Thick-Cut Ham Steaks. Cook until product center reaches 160°F.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
Remove wrapper. To prevent curling, make several cuts in edge of steak. Place on microwave safe
dish and cover with paper towel. In 1000 watt microwave, cook approximately 5 minutes for Ham
Steaks or approximately 8½ minutes for Thick-Cut Ham Steaks. Cook until product center reaches
160°F. Apply your favorite glaze if desired.
Grill/Broil Cooking Instructions
Remove wrapper. Apply your favorite glaze if desired. Preheat grill on medium high/broiler
on high. Set broiler pan 3 inches from heat. Cook approximately 3 minutes each side for Ham
Steaks or approximately 6 minutes each side for Thick-Cut Ham Steaks. Cook until product center
reaches 160°F.
