Cook's Hickory Smoked Ham Halves and Portions are fully cooked and ready to eat, or you may heat them using the following directions.
Heating Ham
- Heat oven to 325ºF. Remove all packaging materials (including clear 'button' on bone of ham). Place ham, cut side down, on rack in shallow roasting pan; cover loosely with aluminum foil.
- Heat approximately 20 to 25 minutes per pound until heated through.
- Remove ham from oven and let stand, covered, 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
Glazing Ham
- Remove ham from oven when heated through. Increase oven temperature to 400ºF.
- Uncover ham, brush or spoon glaze over ham surface. Return to oven, uncovered, and heat 10 minutes.
